Artwork Guide

General (Please read before sending artwork)
Our preferred format for all graphics files are either vector EPS or Adobe Illustrator AI files. Text must be converted to outlines. Placed images need to be either embedded or supplied as separate files. For spot colour printing Pantone PMS colours (coated) must be quoted.

Sending Artwork
Please send via email to artwork@oz-e-buy.com.au if less than 5MB. If over 5MB please supply artwork on disc and post to us at:

All fonts supplied by you must be either converted to outlines / curves or supplied as ttf files for us to be able to use.

Other Formats
PDF files can be used depending on originating artwork. Any images must be at minimum 300 dpi. We will contact you if we encounter any difficulties with usability of these files after we receive them.
Tiff or jpg files can be used depending on their quality. Minimum resolution is 300 dpi and must be saved to at least the same size as the print size required.
Word Documents, Publisher, PowerPoint or any other Office based program is not sufficient for finished artwork. Redraw fees would apply to any of these formats.

Our graphic designers can redraw artwork that is not suitable for us to work with.
Redraw fees are calculated at $60.00 (includes GST) per hour. Redraw fees are usually somewhere between $30.00 and $60.00. Please submit your artwork for a quote. Where a redraw fee comes to $30.00 or less, it is included at no extra charge within the Preparation & Setup Fee (see below).

Preparation & Setup Fee
All print jobs have a minimum Preparation and Setup Fee of $30.00.

A proof will be sent to you for approval before branding on your product commences. We ask that you answer our proof request promptly to ensure your job proceeds without delay. Proofs are usually sent via email or fax.
